I received a response last week to an email to Kent. I emailed again this week to see if I could get some more clarity on the note conversions and insider holdings. No word back and he usually responds within 24 hours. Either all hope is lost or insiders are buying shares and pushing off a Form 4 as long as possible so they can accumulate millions of shares before they have to disclose and cause the pps to spike.

I am getting more positive on the name.
