Because that is the LAW.

Rock Creek is in Chapter 7 bankruptcy. That is automatic liquidation and termination of the corporation. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The common stock will be terminated at the conclusion of the bankruptcy.

The stock is completely worthless, and will be cancelled soon. No one should be buying this stock, unless they want to lose their entire investment.

Wow, so all the common shares will be canceled very soon which is why its price crashed to 0.0005 so far from its most recent New 52-week-high 0.0024! Do you know when that would happen?

I bet RCPIQ will break down its current 52-week-low 0.0003 and hit another New low 0.0001 in the coming days/weeks in order to match its peer's MV. RCPIQ has too large OS count and float count (171M shares) comparing to its peer's OS (38M shares) and float (27M shares)!

Endless sales at 0.0005 since it broke down the previous support 0.0006!

Anyway why those Millions shares of 0.0003 ~ 0.0004 bottom price buyers did not push it up to 0.0024 again?
