Value Investor....He is in effect saying the companies tax loss carryforward will be lost forever as the company shares will be declared worthless by the bankruptcy court action and cease to exist. I do not understand why the company could not just become a shell with the only assets being 1] it is a public company,and 2] the tax loss carryforward as an asset.

If this is true Congress needs to take action to change the BK law. All
JMO!!!

And BTW, he is on several MB of bankrupt companies.
