I checked a few of the stocks in my TDA IRA and compared reported short % of float and only AMRN was blatantly wrong - suggest you call them and ask where they're getting that data - refer them to https://quotes.wsj.com/AMRN which shows 9.18% of float short. TDA's 17.17% number would mean 49.5M shrs are short, when in reality it's only 26.5M.
