Here is the chart of the total daily amount invested in Rydex Bull funds verses total daily amount invested in Rydex Bear funds.
It suggests to me money began moving out of Bear funds and into Bull funds last week.

It suggests to me money began moving out of Money Market Funds and into Bull funds last week.
