Ron is correct about WMI having the opportunity to file RICO charges against JPMC because according to the judge in the ANNICO case, they were the injured party who sold the bonds to ANNICO and others.
For some reason, they didn’t and the language in the release discussed “Willful Misconduct” which is exactly what RICO is about.
