Wrong! USRM is banned from treating patients with their SDF. Also, they must notify the FDA of any plans to treat patients using any form of stem cell moving Forward. SVF is a Drug and can only be used if USRM actually opens an IND and performs properly monitored GCP compliant clinical trials. What part do you not understand?
