Lets not forget, in theory, the FDA is NOT closing or banning USRM stem cell therapy - they simply want to regulate it as a drug. While its the "big pharma" which has the largest stake(s) in drug manufacturing/distribution, there are A LOT of drugs approved by the FDA by much, much smaller companies. Now for the record, I am against the FDA and the judge's decision. I don't think stromal vascular fraction stem cells should be regulated as a "drug".
A good business should be able to figure out how to handle this legal setback.
