When this was filed by LP, I had the sense that any potential inside information Woodford was holding on NWBO was probably either no longer restrictive and/or the information was something finally unknowingly made available for public consumption and/or signified that the lifting of the halt made whatever info Woodford held non-material and/or LP was required to make the sale by some authority.
