Exactly, an interesting thing, almost every news piece on CBD shows the CVSI product front and center....maybe bc the name...not sure but I'll take it. Even when the story is about another co. we get a screen shot.
Thank you for your input. The reason CV Sciences and other companies have not been able to get a registered trademark is not for the reason you have stated. CV Sciences has to reapply after the farm bill was signed. It appears to me that you have extensive knowledge about CV Sciences and the cbd product etc, more than I do. It appears that you have to gain more knowledge about trademarks and the process. I never stated that plus, cbd etc should not be taken off the labels. Those generic terms are a compliment to a trademark such as New Harvest. Charlotte’s Web has plus and hemp to compliment their brand name., I came on this site to Share my trademark knowledge. Maybe there are some here that understand trademarks a little more than before. The link below is the reason CV Sciences has not been able to get a registered trademark. It has been a pleasure to visit your forum and some of the nice people here. I have no more input or knowledge to share here.
