Thank you for the input and links. For me, it boils down to what I can add to my understanding from posters on this board. I view this board as a team, we all add a little, and as a whole our knowledge grows. We don't always agree, we do share ideas, and continue the cycle of adding new information. Please don't feel slighted, and continue to post your knowledge here.

For me, to be truthful, 1) I do not have the time to read every link that appears on this board. But if there is a synopsis accompanied with the link, more times than not, I will follow the link to learn more. 2) I'm not a click bait person, I don't usually follow links without a synopsis, so many of the possible useful links on the board were ignored by me.

P.S. (edit) Have you tried to contact IR on this to share your knowledge as well? Some of the investors on this board and the Y board are professionals from varying fields, and I have seen evidence of them reaching out to IR or CVSI where their input was respected. Just a thought.

I don't doubt your knowledge on the subject and I see your intentions to educate the board which I appreciate. But it will take me a month to read all your references to understand 20% of what you know.
Also, as much as you know, everything posted here is speculative and not confirmed unless a PR comes out and I know that management is well aware of the current trademark situation.
So all I'm (personally) left with is to trust management will take care of this issue when time comes. I am 100% positive of that. After all, they created the market 6 years ago.
Again, thanks for your insights and is good to keep all the speculative changes in mind. I understand that it will be all about branding in the next few years to secure a solid position in this market.
