Nope, regular stock market purchase.

I would think that the issuer (XNRGI) stating that the stock is required to be held at the transfer agent, would not be limited to only select brokerage firms .

This may eventually make it's way to ETrade and others.

The main question being, is XNRGI trying to pull a fast one on shareholders ?
