In other words, the SEC denied the $10M Reg-A so he moved everything that had immediate value to SQCC.

Notice how there’s no follow-up about the dividend in this PR... FINRA denied that, too.

After all this time went by while diluting the stock back to .0001, all he has is fluff about a clear path and future projects... Smh.

He would’ve been better off trying to pump the share reduction instead. That’s the only material event that has ACTUALLY created any “shareholder value.”
