Read that PR a little closer, here's a good example of the Ol' Con Man Dwyers misleading PR's.

Partners have received approval from the City of Sacramento for the issuance of their 3 cannabis licenses: Cultivation, Manufacturing and Distribution.

It doesn't say bdci, now gcgx received anything, some "partners" of Cannabis Consortium did.
