The New Harvest trademark is not written in stone. It has to go through the process of being not challenged etc. CV Sciences is not in the drivers seat. When you apply for a trademark you have to state that you are not aware that another organization is not using that trade name in similar uses. New Harvest.com registered on January 31,2019 for continuation and CV Sciences registration on February 1, 2019 was coordinated between the two concerns. Using New Harvest for cv007 makes a lot of sense because DuPont has the ingredients and expertise to combine cbd with gum. Why use New Harvest for one product? Wouldn’t you want to have all your products under one trade name? +cbd can be retained as a service mark and current and past consumers will not be confused. Just my opinion of course. I’ve registered trademarks and service marks in the past. FWIW I could be wrong.

Thank you SL. I don’t get why New Harvest still is being debated here if CV said themselves there is no partnership with DuPont and no imminent plans for New Harvest. Grant it they could use it in the future. A complete name rebrand would be tough right now anyway ?
