technically, since we own the trademark and newharvest.com goes to dupont, we could enforce our trademark if we wanted to. Obviously cvsi doesn't want to enforce it, nor has cvsi complained about it. Partnership?

From my conversation with him on Tuesday... No partnership with DuPont. No immediate plans for New Harvest trademark (mentioned in meeting as well).
CVSI can definitely try to obtain the newharvest.com website, but to what end? Destroy the working relationship they have with DuPont? DuPont makes and will continue to make the gummies.
