Technically, POTN doesn't have ANY "toxic debt". They have normal debt. But, people have gotten into the habit of calling it "toxic", so... here we are.

only thing that matters is who is responsible for the loan and repayment - POTN is the responsible entity, and the repayment will be in shares converted and sold into the market.

Maybe POTN should take out a loan from Diamond. LOL!
