So .... why did we not drop that part of the company or use the leverage to come to a fair deal for all

If Diamond had not cone into the picture they would have lost all their “loan”

The deal to convert to .003 was total BS What did we get in exchange for this sweetheart of a deal

Where did the leverage come from
