No paid IR guy could be that negligent. The report would have been released unless it was reviewed from someone in Predictive so the negligent information by a 3rd party does not sound logical to me. This is like a CNN news report that says "3rd party" which is the same as unknown source. Perhaps he is referencing Christopher Steele as the 3rd party. Perhaps it was the New York Times LOL.
Name the 3rd party and provide the information instead of innuendos and misleading information.
