#5763 RE: Alleyba1 #5754

I see it somewhat differently Alleyba1. You said

No paid IR guy could be that negligent. The report would have been released unless it was reviewed from someone in Predictive

If true, that the report would not be released unless fully reviewed by PRED IR (to which I fully agree) then you must also agree IR saw no issues with it and approved it as it was for release, right? In that case, it appears they are trying to say the "negligent third-party' was Zachs, when in fact, regardless if the Zach's guy was a clown (or not), IR failed to clearly communicate to him the value behind the endometriosis tests coming out, highlight the additional/expected 150m in revenues, and intervene prior to approving it for public release.

If PRED wants to be taken as a big player, they need to start acting like one. That means, spend some money on an external auditor, and hire a top-quality IR firm.

There still is a small chance they were referring to Captain Bligh as his past payment of 175k shares means, by definition, he is a "paid third party" thus why a minor possibility of the ambiguous statement. He's got followers who rely on him (though many like myself watch just for entertainment value) to whom he claimed he would never sell his own shares, only to slip and admit to selling/trading the other day; maybe that led to others following his direction after the recent run-up? "Short attack?" Lol. At a minimum, his dubious relationship with the company itself creates a credibility problem.

Overall, I agree with you on not making innuendos. But if I had to make an innuendo, it would be IR. I don't watch TV, but for my daily dose of misinformation and mindless encouragement, I do tune into the Captain's YouTube "fake news" broadcasts. But, in this case, it was clearly the duty of IR to catch the Zachs issue prior to signing off on the pos, they flubbed around and stamped it, and was most likely the catalyst for the recent selling. IMO, IR's trying to blame Zachs. When I called those morons with a question on clarity when the 10q was released a few months back, they didn't even know it had been released or what was in it! They are that bad. Hopefully, this is the final straw and the company now gets the idea and gives them the ax. Unfortunately, sounds like they may be buying IR's excuses again.
