I just got mine too.
My mailman sucks at his job, I think he is a 2 day a week worker.
It says:
"based on the communication received from the issuer, the security in your account identified above ( CUSIP 984CNT014 ) is required to be held directly with the issuer's transfer agent. As a result, we are unable to continue to support the custody of these securities in your accounts. Instructions will be provided to the issuer within 30 days from the date of this letter to re-register the security into your name to be held directly at the Issuer's Transfer Agent. It may take additional time for the Issuer to effect the re-registration. Once the re-registration has occurred, you will see this activity reflected on your account statement with an entry that the position has been delivered off to the transfer agent. Going forward we, we anticipate that you will receive communications directly from the transfer agent regarding your holdings in this security. We will also send you a confirmation letter with the Transfer Agent's contact details so that you are able to contact them directly if you choose to do so."
So is D'Couto aiming for us to have zero visibility to our shares ?
The big question being why don't these guys leave our shares alone, they don't seem to be accomplishing anything other than maybe giving themselves the ability to "disappear" our shares without us noticing.
