Pickle he maybe in is that he likely has come across insider info during phase V debacle . If that’s the case he can’t sell NWBO even if he needs cash for redemptions . Since that fiasco there are only two things I can think of which have not been made public :
- reason for the partial halt
- IA if it was done and what the results were

So if NW has knowledge of either of these , he can’t buy or sell in my opinion
