Smethers hasn't responded to a single email anyone here has sent over the last 6 or so weeks. He went dark after his attempt to bring this issuer Pink Current. OTC markets wouldn't do so because he didn't even fill out the forms correctly or left out key information that they have since requested clarity on. But, he went dark and that is why this is still a Yield sign stock and there have been no updated filings or correspondence since. But what we do know for certain based on what he did file was they he negotiated with the note holder GPL Ventures to issue them shares at .0002 to convert the debt on the note. Issuing 10M shares at .0002 only pays off $2k of that debt. They were owed over $125K on that note when it started converting at .0002, which means it will take over 500M shares to pay that off. A/S raise will have to happen here.
