You can’t shout without unblinded results... and even then, that is just metaphorical... what counts as “shouting” for such trials and the industry is hardly much of a loud whisper... the U.K. coverage was pretty good on interim results... but US publications typically will never mention the name or stock ticker of a penny stock company, virtually no matter what they’ve accomplished, unless it’s bad.
So I will count on the markets and intelligent hedge fund investors rushing in if they hear the news to some degree, but until it is priced reasonably enough to uplist, the noise might be very modulated.. and once uplisted, even still, could be very positive coverage, but the media is not all that smart and when they look up the company, they will stumble on the noise that certain interests have worked very hard to put in the company’s way... Hopefully UCLA will shout about Linda Liau and their own research and team. In that context, we might see better attention and interest.
I think the market will begin to understand, assuming news comes out that is positive, as expected and that the company is worth substantially more than it is valued now... but they’d be better off if they were a dollar plus and listed on the NASDAQ already, I would bet.
