A couple of years ago, I sent an email questioning the logic behind their stock incentive plan. Among its provisions, it calls for issuing more stock to management if the stock price goes down.
Janine Lau took the question and did her best to not answer it.
So, my take is they won’t give you a straight answer anyway.IMO
BTW has anyone looked to see how management is doing toward earning their stock awards? They sure are not hitting their revenue goals. The stock price has dropped quite a bit, which of course means they get more shares for whatever bonus they “earned”.
