I want transparency. My opinion is that Oliver
is most qualified to accomplish that. Given the land
and royalty rights sales the incumbent trustees have
done I am skeptical of their motivations.

If you think Oliver is going to divulge every detail about what's going in real time if he gets to be a trustee you will be HIGHLY disappointed.

The kind of yammering you're doing about "transparency" doesn't exist for a reason. The trustees don't need your mother-may-I approvals. These men face jail time if they sway from their duties.

Oliver made campaign promises he knows he can't deliver on but it sells to ignorant uninformed voters.

Reminds me of a guy I know who buys up country clubs promising to improve the course and clubhouse. Then he does nothing at all and eventually sells off the land for a nice profit.
I would think Oliver is in it for short term profit, whereas the current guys are there for the long haul. As an investor, which do you seek?
It is very easy for a new guy to come in with no real ties to the property and just drain the assets and move on. Have you never seen Wall Street??
