The problem is there is no accountability for the trustees.
There is no oversight.
There is seemingly no way to vote them out.
The best source of information I have had as to TPL's plans
came from Horizon-Kinetics.
The trust model no longer works here as TPL is being run as a
corporation and not as a passive trust.
Hopefully Oliver will pursue making TPL a C Corp.
