That article is 2.5 years old what is the out come of Marleys venture. I'm sure (NGW) knew what competion they have in the region before they started their venture. If they thought Marley would be stiff competion they would have looked elsewhere.

Marley's company is called Applied BioSciences Corp. If you look into it, you'll understand why no one's heard of it. Many cannabis companies will fail, some sooner than later.
