As far as I’m aware, neither you nor I are lawyers. I’m not debating whether ‘plagiarism’ (which isn’t a legal or civil issue in any state) did occur. Dipturd Conwad clearly took a selection of text from someone else’s work - opening the door to Magnum and others starting some theory about some grand scheme merger of Cigawatt, Norm Dour, Off Beat and Unique, Barnum and Bailey’s flying trapeze artists and every other buttwipe and defunct hotel being roped into some business plan.
Conwad’s sheer lack of effort and incompetence YET AGAIN raises issues about what ‘the plan’is and brings more legal fees into shareholders’ continued loss of value. If he wanted to quote statistics and figures, perhaps he should have gone out to some trade material that wasn’t being penned by a COMPETITOR in the same space as cigawatt.
Watching this piece of garbage CEO operate over the past year has really made me consider buying one of these shells and just scamming the crap out of the OTC. I cant say he lives a great life, but he sure does a tiny amount of work for his paycheck. I can’t imagine I would sleep as well as he would at night, though...
