I saw a commercial for Arby's a couple of weeks ago. They had a guy dressed in a brilliant white chef smock with this wonderful chef hat ala Paul Prudhomme or Emeril Lagasse. He was explaining the art of making sandwiches. Most people understand that it is a commercial.

When I went to Arby's the other day, they served me a sandwich. I didn't see any fancy chef hats. I wasn't expecting gourmet dining and it wasn't delivered.

This is not meant to mock the Australian system. But lets recognize the video for what it is.

HMO's have a profit incentive for wellness. It's built in to their business model.
