need retail back in the markets. no retail looking for value plays = no run ups in value prices. not just here but on many decent tickers sitting well below a reasonable price. this will run when retail returns, either via some announced significant event or general speculative value buying.

That's one of the favorite ploys of scams. Truly a "telltale sign."

There has been at least a dozen PR releases announcing this or that in the last three years, none of which materialized. That always puzzles me

Bingo. Their credibility is pretty shot at the moment. They need to pull thru on something that they have been planning. They need to do something with the IOsoft division of the company as well... as that should be the real money maker. Until something materializes, we will remain sub penny
