Exactly. Folks got to understand what is happening. Its not just an audit to get us to QB via the the final filing. Its building core corporate accounting oversight to take us to the next level. Some bullshit narratives claim how companies only take 3 months for their regular audits, but that is only after going through all the process AMFE is. Build it. Usually this happens pre-ipo for NASDAQ stocks. Microcap needs to build it up. Big reason most companies don't make it, they announce it and find out its not a simple endeavor. AMFE got through the initial and FY18 experienced massive growth. The previous platform wasn't optimized to handle all the business. (High class problem for sure) Upscale accounting, better optimize process. During this whole time, the rest of the company also continues to grow and expand. WITHOUT dilution. Amazing!
I look at going Pink to QB like a pre-ipo going NASDAQ. Its a new debut and gives solid legitimacy for a higher marketplace with a much bigger and deeper investment pool.
QB soon enough, and a whole new world.
