Lots of stocks filed 15's and don't have CE.

Lots of stocks are severely delinquent and don't have CE. I can think of one that hasn't released any reports in 16 years and all it has is a stop sign.

Are you sure about that being the specific reason? CE can be assigned for many different reasons. One being: Undisclosed Corporate Actions — The security or company is the subject of a corporate action, such as a reverse merger. I originally thought that might be the reason for the CE, however, you will see that the CE here was put on 5/29/19 due to volume attributed to the .000001 irregular algorithm that printed the day before. I know for a fact that the irregular algo occurred, because I recall seeing something like a 30,000% increase indicated at close, which was impossible for a stock that closed @ .0003 - thus the CE showed up. I first bought IFLM on 5/29/19 and was closely watching it.

Looks like $IFLM CE is due to a @OTCMarkets algorithm cause it was printed .000001 and shows it closed up 29,900% at .0003 on record volume. In reality a near 30,000% move would be concerning but that’s not the case here on IFLM they should recitify this manually.

A CE on a stock trading in the trips is absolutely meaningless. All trip stocks are huge gambles. That's why they trade in the trips. I know several CE stocks that have ran to multiple pennies so I don't know why this is being made such a big issue.

I think we could hit .001 within two days. Hope so! Don't you?
