I don’t think the defunct status is the issue, the fact you’ve got Jake Noch, that will probably dump his shares in a couple of days, if he hasn’t already started. He’s a kid, who is having fun. He figured out how to file form 4’s and 13gs, He dumps about $40,000 into shares, gets everybody all hyped up, puts out a Tweet, that says he’s going to get shareholder contact info., puts out a form 4 that says he can sell all or part of his holdings for any reason at anytime, the stock runs 200% (he paid an average of around .00015) and sells, pockets $80,000 or so and moves on. He put less money in IFLM than he made off VNUE doing exactly the same thing, minus the Tweet (which was a nice touch).
