I guess my first clarification would have to be regarding the attorney involvement at this point. You have actually answered part of this yourself. CompleteAuto Inc. appears to be continuing to show association with Ecarfly Inc. Based on the proceedings and outcome Ecarfly Inc. has been involved in regarding CompleteAuto Inc. it would not be advisable to take their word at any level that there will be a clean break and all current visible ties will be undone as well as any future liability in a timely manner. This is exactly what I would consider to be resurfacing from the fallen Merger, and I would sure want an attorneys advice.
As far as the conspiracy theory, and I have said this in the past. Huge risk....eBay's Corporate watchdogs would sniff that out and sever ties with CompleteAuto Inc., Ecarfly Inc., eAutodrop, and whatever other Corporate fronts were involved in a Chinese second. Besides, if it were that easy for CompleteAuto Inc. to create a publicly traded Corporation...why wouldn't they do it for themselves and generate investor monies legitimately.

Pennypusher. I find your conspiracy theory interesting and very probable. Since we can not get ahold of Desmond and he has been playing games since day one, I think we need to go after Eautodrop and J Dobchich and consultants. If this is true it is fraud and a crime and worth a class action suit and put Eautodrop out of business.

I spoke with Jeff at Eautodrop 2 months ago and he was really pumping this merger over the phone and why he felt it was going to be such a great investment.
