Yes, that is a fact. But also is the fact that 25B is AUTHORIZED, and NOT outstanding. All this talk is including that 25B authorized shares as outstanding. As these shares may sometime be outstanding, they are not as of now. If a sale occurred tomorrow, the 25B plus what is in the IBEX coffers and converted from other notes would be the shares used for cutting up the proceeds.

As I have stated before, I am not a fan of this share structure and leery of what common stockholders would get in the event of a sale, but I agree with JGD that, MARKET CAP calculating at present stock price' is the way to evaluate our investments. And 50M is not high, IMO.
