In this case he was definitely long AMRN, but did not see that trial as being very positive however it played out. I actually disagree with his view, but that would be another story.

I'm a little confused by this (not sure what we agree or disagree on).

I was cautiously optimistic on Amarin. Bought most of my shares at $1.60 (though some other purchases years before that at higher prices). Haven't sold one share yet.

There were some risks wrt Amarin. People spoke of the CHERRY study and ignored (or were ignorant of) the MACE data from that study. I don't think it was ever mentioned on the AMRN board.

Senti, you should read the posts on the AMRN board carefully.

I didn't read his recent posts on AMRN and did not follow them there. I'm not invested in AMRN. I was just reacting to what Marzan had posted.

I'm glad Avii is able to evaluate every issue on its own merits. I do find he rather sticks like glue to whatever he thinks the merits of his own arguments are though. I think he is as plagued with confirmation bias as I am.

That said, there are occasions when I do appreciate his DD.
