Though pure speculation and not good for the short-term pps, I agree.

Linda Powers may well be waiting for Mr. Woodford to sell before she finally releases the game-changing news or at least a clear timeline on game changing news which would also help the share price (though not as much as the news itself).

There would be no way to prove it and I’m sure that even if it did happen a decent interval would be allowed to elapse first, but given the bad blood between the two and and Ms. Powers’ previous scorched earth strategy for dealing with Mr. Woodford’s dissent, this is not as far-fetched as it might sound.

LP has a heart. She never forgets NW's help and uplift of the stock during those years when she needed. I am guessing that LP is going to help him out if anything she could do to help him now. I guess if the NWBO stock price goes up, will it help NW? She might even attempt to reach him if it helps. DI told me he is working hard tirelessly to turn a foe into a friend when we were talking about AF. NW was a friend to start with then the respective business interest took a turn. But A Friend in Need is Friend in Deed. LP can unleash several deeds now. It is her time now. She sure can help NW. That's what I am hoping. How? I don't know. But if she does, we all longs get helped too. Win Win for everyone I guess.

I disagree.
I think it sounds far-fetched, but also is highly unlikely.
LP would not be waiting for NW to sell. He has not sold any shares in all these years. What if NW does not sell any shares for years to come ... NWBO would go broke if they had to hold off on releasing any good news for years to come (as they wait for NW to sell shares?? No way).

Happy, this halt on Woodford is very new. I don't think what has happened has played any part in the data lock process. It all hinges around this SAP.
