there are many financing options for LWLG's true next-gen technology at this point if management would choose to pursue them, this is evidenced by having beaten Intel, Infinera, Broadcom and Rockley for Best Achievement in a PIC Platform at one of the largest International Photonics conferences in the world and voted on by nearly 10,000 industry insiders in March 2019

for investors it is a crying shame that they continue to use LPC agreement for over 9 years now when they clearly could do better, but I guess Dr Lebby believes the time now until deals is short enough that it doesn't merit the extra efforts to rearrange the current financing that likely will be unnecessary within the next 12 months as deals with Tier 1's emerge
