And so well-received! Lol! PPS hitting .09s today! Seems positive reception would be the other way!

Without concrete, confirmable items, it's .08, .05! 8-Ks used to promote promises same as a fluff PR!

Like Clara Peller's "Where's the beef?", SHMP SHs are now saying by selling, "Where's the shrimp?"

Unfortunately your 8k appears to have done more harm than good especially those PITS numbers. This was strictly put out to appease the "masses" and not for serious investor enlightenment. Can you imagine handing this to a prospective investor considering a license? they'd get a good laugh but that's about all. I did receive those PITS numbers form one of the pilgrims to Lacoste in a PM some time ago and thought he must have heard wrong but alas here they are in an 8k of all things.

Not a basher and love the story but will wait on the sidelines for more clarity. GLTA
