100% Agree. People always find something to complain about. Anyone who researches VGTL seriously will quickly notice the potential in this area. Of course, as with any invest, there are risks too. But at 5,000% 10,000% potential, a risk for me is self-evident.

A letter telling him that they are not going to pursue him any further does not in any way clear him. If they had cleared him, the letter would have specifically stated that. There would have also been some kind of apology.

LOL They didn't!!!!! MIKP still a worthless company and FINRA/SEC will never let that stock on a market again. Doesn't sound 'cleared' to me.
