The 8-K filed on June 5th with the Great Presentation was a result of the two day meeting F+T / SHMP had to hammer out the details.

The most significant part of the presentation to us was the plan to expand into a number of different geographic areas in the U.S. to provide coverage to easily be able to deliver FRESH Never Frozen SHMP.

This is a great advantage for an American Company with High Quality Shrimp. They do not need to worry about getting it through customs, or the shipping time to get to the U.S.
