Lol. AJ's post on SeekingAlpha simply acknowledges Commscopes's 10Q, which is public information. Hardly "fake news" or "biased." Though, I guess it could "seem" that way to someone a bit overly sensitive and defensive for whatever reason. Say, someone working for or heavily invested somehow in Commscope. For the rest of us, he was simply pointing out the facts. Commscope purchased Arris with full knowledge of the potential liability. Eight patents have held up against 16 challengers in PTAB, two challenges in federal appeals court and one challenge at the supreme court thus far. Commscope will need to recognize this loss, even if Arris uses the proceeds from the merger to indemnify the 13.

Then you better watch out, you have been spreading tons of fake news on this board alone.

Truth is, this happens on almost every ticker. I’ve seen the SA articles about UOIP and I know who’s writing them, they are not paid promoters. SEC has bigger fish to fry with the little OTC coverage they have.

Not to mention the SEC is in the business of collecting fines. There’s nothing to collect here. I would say with 100% certainty, the SEC is not worried about UOIP and any possible paid stock promotions.

Paid stock promotions are done 99.99% of the time to raise funds or convert a note. Both scenarios mean adding shares to the O/S. That can’t be done here.

And if the writers were "secretly paid," how did the SEC know? Wasn't much of a "secret."

Commscope is on the hook now. No way around it. And it's a bit too late, and useless, to challenge the patents at this point. No reason to think they will succeed when 16 others have failed.
