Is that why Pentair punted on SHMP?

No deals from NOLA or Boston. Just nice shareholder-paid vacations.

Now SHMP is back to selling stock...and couldn’t even put a survivability number in their presentation. It’s reasonable to conclude they didn’t because they can’t substantiate it.
