More recently, NASDAQ gave an ultimatum to delist TSRI if they do not hold an Annual Meeting.
This may require appointment of a Master Judge to sort out.
Zeff likely will not do anything with the M&M boys at MKRS until the TSRI resolution.
IMO, the individual stockholder lawsuit against TSRI et al really agrees with Zeff that TSRI management action or deliberate inaction has held down the stock value.
