I'd love to see it today. Totally agree. But many companies post it on the last day and others file a nt form to get 15 extra days. Very few post it earlier than the last day. But I agree with you. I have time tonight to look through it. Would be nice

I agree with you the report for period ending 3/31/19 would be nice to have; however, I think the 10q for 6/30/19 will be more likely to contain fruition from the March NOLA negotiations etc.

So do we all want to wait until the last day to see the 10k? It’s not like the filing is audited.

Surprise... a 10K is audited. That is one of the reasons the time frame for filing a 10K is considerably longer than a 10Q which is not audited.
