Umibe, you repeatedly told this Board that you saw ASCO as a watershed event, and that if they didn't give substance, the share price would head into the teens or lower.

Do you still think that?

Fair enough. The only big issue I have with you is the fact that you are pounding the table so hard and so often with your deeply pessimistic prediction that the share price is going to crater to new lows because they are going to take too long to give us topline data. I don't believe that and even if you do (which I question because I'm pretty sure you are still holding a large position) I don't understand why it's important to you that you repeat that several times every week. Actually, maybe I have an idea from what you've said, that this is your urgent message to management. Even if they read your posts I think that being such an extreme alarmist only detracts from any credibility you otherwise have. BTW, of course all longs need to keep in mind the real risk of the stock cratering again in reaction to poor topline data. I think it's super extreme to predict that level of failure of the stock BEFORE topline data is announced, far less extreme to imagine that as a possibility (imo a small probability) on the reveal of the data.

I don't think you reach management with that message of doom but I fear that you certainly do reach naive investors and scare them into selling even when you yourself are not selling. You are quite eloquent and I feel that along with the gift of brains and gab comes an ethical duty to understand the impact that your words have on those who know a lot less than you do. That's my personal view and you may not think you have any such responsibility to anybody. Obviously, all investors need to watch out for themselves and make their own choices.

BTW, I know you are a lawyer, I only mentioned that because there are legal concerns behind every word that is said by those working for a public company and everybody needs to keep that in mind. Your being a lawyer is relevant to the context - it means that readers should assume that you understand the legal context and constraints on corporate speech a lot better than most of us do. I mentioned that as an FYI to other readers of our discussion, because tho I already know you are a lawyer, many others probably don't and it's certainly relevant.

With regard to your constant pessimism, I am reminded of Marvin, an important computer character in Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. Marvin has such a dark view of existence that any other computer who connects with him gets driven to blow out all their own circuits in despair.
