Yes, I had similar experience. A Fortune 5 Co had rights to any product I developed after I left for 2 years if in any way related to employment experience.

"Everywhere I have worked rewarded you with your paycheck. regardless of what you do for the company. and the company owns whatever idea you came up with."

yes..you are paid to do a job..and the company owns what you come up with...but I wasn't talking about average things...I said "ground breaking or adding tremendous value"...if your company doesn't reward you for work that is above and beyond, then you are working at the wrong places..

I thought everyone who is at the upper echelon of their field gets stock, top pay, bonuses, perks etc...

what citizen kane is said to have accomplished should add tremendous value to kblb...not to mention other accomplishments he has had in the work he is doing...and doing it damn quick also..

you think he doesn't know that?..you think he cant read his paycheck?...you think he doesn't know that there are secretaries working government jobs who get paid more?...

do you think hes so stupid he cant figure out that a "promotion" to chief scientist is like me going from fry cook to head fry cook?...and im the only cook to begin with?...

I didn't see anything in that pr that indicated kane was going to get a raise, stock, bonus, or anything else...he deserves it and kim needs to see that he gets it..this is NOT the time and place for frugality...

and for those who say its not always about money...you are wrong...IT IS ALWAYS ABOUT MONEY...
