They still think that, imo, but they also realize they cannot handle commercialization and launch imo. Look at how NWBO just admitted they were too small to complete the scrub and SAPs in a timely manner! Those are just the scrub and SAPs. One of those BP will want NWBO's technology if the base price is acceptable at the time immediately following potential trial success. This may sound harsh, but if I were big pharma, I would want NWBO before BLA submission. The only thing that will raise the potential sale price of NWBO higher than post (potential) trial success is if there is a bidding war. That may or may not transpire.
