I don't think there's any concern these companies are a pump and dump or illegitimate in any way. I'm not a shareholder, but my concern with the delay would be that the companies did not get offers that would benefit the shareholders at the current price and are trying to get more. I suppose there's a chance the offers are sooo good and they are working out the details of each, but I guess I've grown more pessimistic in this world of pinks...
